The apartment is in the beautiful medieval town of Zell am See which is at the heart of a fantastic skiing and winter sports area known as the Europa Sportregion offering first class skiing to all levels.
The town is surrounded by towering mountains that make up part of the Hohe Tauern National Park and the area has become renowned as a centre for outdoor activities including mountain biking, walking/hiking, white water rafting and golf. The stunning lake from which Zell am See has derived its name, offers a wide variety of water sports in the summer months,as well as being a beautiful and tranquil setting if you just want to relax.
After a day of activity or relaxation you can take a stroll into the centre which is a couple of minutes away and soak up the warm ambiance of the old town with its many restaurants and cafés.
