Payment can be made direct to our Austrian bank account in Euros or can be accepted in Sterling if you prefer.
There will be a deposit of 250 Euros on booking which will act as the security deposit and full payment will be required 6 weeks before arrival. The security deposit will be returned the week after your holiday when the apartment has been checked by our local agent.
A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email or post once we have received your deposit.
The apartment will be available from 4.00pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. The changeover day will be Saturday unless otherwise agreed.
Written notice of cancellation must be received not later than 6 weeks before the actual holiday begins. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund the deposit.
The person who made the booking will be responsible for the care of the property and is expected to take reasonable care of it including the locking of all doors. At the end of the rental period, all utensils, carpets, furnishings, walls, fittings must be left clean and tidy.
It is the guest's responsibility to notify the local agent immediately of any sudden equipment failure so that reasonable action can be taken to sort out the problem (details of local agent will be given on booking)
Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment for the safety and well being of the guests
We accept no responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal belongings however caused and recommend that insurance is taken for the duration of the stay.
